This guy designed a toy camera that he put on his cat that would take
periodic pictures (elsewhere in the site he tells how he deisigned it).
It is utterly fascinating to me the pictures this cat 'took' over several days.
There are things a human being would probably never see.
Check it out. The camera listed looks very groovy too..........$20 with a 1.3 megapixel resolution
manual focus and the ability to take webcam pictures but fits in your hand. I'll order mine tomorrow.

Re: Cat Cam is a fascinating use of Toy digital photogrphy equipment
Wed, August 8, 2007 - 1:20 AMThe pics of the encounters with other cats were really amazing.
My wife remarked: at some point when nano-technology gets going, we will have nano cameras
that can follow Dolphin and other species around (or hell, human beings for that matter).
How much we'll learn when there are no human beings around.
If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one there to see it, does it make a noise?
Apparently so, if your cat has it's toy cam with audio on...............lol
