got a cool new $10 Apiptek Pencam

that not only takes up to 74 very lo fi digital pictures but also
takes very short videos or acts as a webcam (again, quite lo fi)

I just added a picture called 'my beloved and i'
with my first 'roll' of shots.......................this was a self portrait taken
in Union Grove music.

I'm working on a new video piece with this puppy called Blink that I hope to have finished in
a week or so.

all for $10..............can't beat that.

    Hey Rick:

    I tried to find one of these on Amazon.com and ebay. The only ones that are shippable outside the US are used ones, and I'd rather have a new one -- even if I have to pay the grand sum of $29.99 (plus shipping). You got a source that will ship me one (to Canada) that's new?

      They have a couple of pen cams, but I'm loving this one.

      I just have to come up with music for my concept for the BLINK video. I have shot all of my rough footage and have beautiful
      loops...........I just have to figure out what music will be perfect for it.

        That's a very generous offer and I think I'll take you up on it -- since Aiptek doesn't ship outside the US.

        (As an aside, in the early days of this tirbe, a woman from the UK couldn't get her hands on a Holga, so I bought her one here in Canada and sent it to her. My karma coming back...:O))

          I'm busy as hell for the next two days so let me try to get to this on Sunday, okay?

          For what it's worth, the one I got is the one they are selling refurbished for $7.99 or brand new for $9.99
          as is far dweebier than the one you mention.

          It is third from the top on the pen cam page at Aiptek.

          do you want the crappier one (yeah!!!! lo fi) or the better one for $19.99?
          Also, one of the better ones you can get for $9.99 refurbished or $19.99 brand new.

          Name your poison.

          Just let me know and I'll order it right up for you, okay?
